Shipping policy

From our studio-inspired collection to your doorstep. Manifest with Zara works with Tapstitch to produce and ship your order.

Made to order

Our printed pieces are made after you order. Tapstitch’s current order guidance estimates 3–7 working days for production of small orders. Bulk orders may take 7–15 working days. Delivery time starts after production, not on the day you place your order. Busy periods or production issues may take longer.

Shipping costs and destinations

Customers pay shipping separately. The available destinations, shipping options and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Charges depend on the items, destination and shipping service.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Tapstitch publishes the following typical transit times. Only services available for your particular order apply:

U.S.A. Special Line: about 5 days on average.
Special Line: about 10 days on average.
Special Line Pro: about 7 days on average.
International Express: about 5 days on average.
Standard Shipping: about 25 days on average.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and exclude production time. Your destination, carrier, holidays, weather and customs can affect delivery. Please allow extra time when ordering for a performance, competition or special occasion.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation to follow its progress. A new tracking label may take time to show its first carrier scan. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, check each tracking number.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address before paying. If you notice an error, or your package is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email support@manifestwithzara.com with your order number. For damage, include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help investigate with our fulfillment partner. Address changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

International orders

Where international delivery is available, customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling charges may apply. Unless expressly included at checkout, these may be payable by the recipient under local rules. Customs processing can add time to delivery.
