Welcome to Manifest with Zara. This website and store are operated by Manifest with Zara LLC ("we", "us" or "our") and hosted on Shopify. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, and keep any account login secure. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, harassment, or attempts to disrupt its security or operation.

Our products

We sell dance-inspired clothing for the studio and everyday life. Please read the product description, fabric details, care instructions and size chart before purchasing. Screen settings, lighting and the printing process can cause slight differences in color or print placement. These variations do not affect your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Orders, prices and payment

Review your selected items, sizes, colors, shipping address and order total before submitting payment. The currency and applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change for future orders. An automatic order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee availability. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for canceled items. We will not charge a higher price for an existing order without your agreement.

Production and shipping

Our printed products are made to order through Tapstitch. Production and transit are separate stages, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, including change-of-mind and size returns. See our Return and Refund Policy for item conditions, return shipping costs and refund information.

Changes, cancellations and order problems

Email support@manifestwithzara.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once production or dispatch has begun, changes may not be possible. For a damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing item, contact us with your order number and relevant details; photos of the item and packaging help us investigate. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide appropriate instructions. Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation, return, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Our content

Our original designs, branding, photographs and written content belong to us or our licensors. You may browse the website and use it to shop for personal purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without the rights holder’s permission, except as allowed by law. These terms do not claim ownership of your own content.

Privacy and outside services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify and other providers help operate payments, fulfillment and the website. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies; review those when using them.

Website availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and the store available, but interruptions and errors can occur. We may update the website or correct errors and will contact affected customers when necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or excuses us from providing products as required by law.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates apply going forward and do not retroactively change the terms of an existing purchase. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
